Home visits are available on request.

 

Appointment cancellations, with under 24 hours notice, will be charged the full fee.

 

If you are late your appointment will be cancelled if insufficient time is available to complete the appointment.

 

Embody Health will endeavour to reschedule your appointment for the same day, dependant on time and clinic availability.
